Most claims will be resolved through the eDR process, however in the unlikely event the parties are unable to do so, the platform can transfer the data pack with all relevant information about the claim directly to a judge, adjudicator, or appeal tribunal to allow them to seamlessly render a decision with a full evidentiary record.
